Payment and Delivery
We accept payments for orders through:
– iDEAL
– SEPA
– Bancontact
– Credit card
Prices of the yurts and the options are subject to change, upon final order or payment the price will be fixed. When you order a custom yurt, you will receive a deposit invoice for 50% of the purchase price. Once the payment is completed, the reservation will be final and there will be no possibility to cancel the order. The remaining 50% of the purchase price must be paid after a delivery or pickup date has been scheduled.
All items, that are in stock can be picked up free of charge in Terneuzen or we can deliver them to your home.
After the order has been confirmed, the items will be made ready for delivery and given to the carrier. All items will be delivered to your home within 3 to 10 working days, while stocks last.
The orders are delivered upon agreed time. The delivery time given by Mongolian Magic are indicative only. Exceeding any delivery term does not entitle you to compensation. You are entitled to cancel the order or to dissolve the agreement insofar as this is necessary.
Shipping costs within the Netherlands (excluding rugs):
Orders under €99: €7.98 shipping costs
Orders from €99: free shipping
Please note: Different shipping costs apply to rugs. These will be calculated separately during checkout.
International shipping:
For shipments outside the Netherlands, please contact us for shipping rates.
A separate delivery rate is used for the yurts. This delivery rate is based on the size of the order and the distance to the destination determined.
Furniture and yurts are standard delivered on the first floor. If there is no elevator and it must be via the stairs to another floor, then there are additional costs. The additional costs are always consulted and are at the expense of the customer.
You can change or cancel your order within 24h after placing the order with the exception of items that are custom made. Please contact us via email (info@mongolianmagic.com). When you order a custom-made item and the reservation is confirmed, there will be no possibility to cancel or change the order. These items can be recognized by their delivery time of more than 2 weeks.
When you order a custom made yurt, we will need more time than when you buy a yurt that we have in stock. The yurt is custom made in Mongolia, the delivery time can be between 2 to 6 months. For delays in deliveries or performance due to force majeure or events that make it significantly more difficult or impossible for us to deliver – these include, in particular, labor disputes, riots, government measures, failure to deliver by our suppliers, etc. We shall not be liable even in the event of binding delivery dates and deadlines.
