Mongoolse natuur
Van hoge bergen tot eindeloze steppes. Het extreme klimaat van Mongolië, met warme zomers en strenge winters, vormt al eeuwenlang de natuurlijke omgeving waarin schapen, yaks, kamelen en kasjmiergeiten leven. Hun vezels zijn het resultaat van die bijzondere omstandigheden.
De dieren
Schapenwol, yak wol, kameelhaar en kasjmier hebben ieder hun eigen natuurlijke eigenschappen. Warmte, zachtheid en comfort ontstaan niet in een fabriek, maar in de natuur zelf.
De vezels
Na het verzamelen van de vezels worden ze zorgvuldig geselecteerd op kwaliteit, kleur en toepassing. We kiezen bewust voor de natuurlijke kleuren van de vezel, zonder deze te verven.
Van vezels naar garen
De geselecteerde vezels worden verwerkt tot garen, waarbij de natuurlijke eigenschappen zoveel mogelijk behouden blijven. Zo ontstaat de basis voor ieder Mongolian Magic product.

Breien
Met aandacht en ervaring wordt het garen verwerkt tot comfortabele producten die ontworpen zijn voor dagelijks gebruik. Iedere wolsoort wordt gekozen om haar eigen natuurlijke eigenschappen.
Kwaliteitscontrole
Voordat een product onze collectie verlaat, wordt het gecontroleerd en zorgvuldig afgewerkt. Ook onze labels worden met de hand bevestigd. Dankzij ons universele labelsysteem markeren we ieder product tijdens de laatste kwaliteitscontrole. Zo weten we dat ieder product is gecontroleerd en met zorg is afgewerkt voordat het onze collectie verlaat.

Sheep’s wool, yak wool, camel hair and cashmere each have their own natural qualities. Warmth, softness and comfort do not begin in a factory, but in nature itself.

After the fibres are collected, they are carefully selected for quality, colour and purpose. We deliberately preserve their natural colours without dyeing them.

From fibres to yarn

The selected fibres are spun into yarn while preserving their natural properties as much as possible. This creates the foundation for every Mongolian Magic product.

Knitting

With care and expertise, the yarn is knitted into comfortable products designed for everyday use. Each type of wool is chosen for its own natural properties.

Quality control

Before a product leaves our collection, it is carefully inspected and finished. Our labels are also attached by hand. Using our universal labelling system, each product is marked during the final quality check. This confirms that every item has been inspected and carefully finished before leaving our collection.
