The table is made entirely by hand in Mongolia from high-quality Siberian pine, known for its sturdiness and warm appearance. The center of the table top is engraved with an image of the Toono – the round skylight of the Mongolian ger (yurt). This symbol traditionally represents connection to heaven and is the heart of every nomadic home.
Hand carved by Mongolian craftsmen, the engravings depict traditional patterns, animal figures and symbolism from the steppe.
